Background
On-line retailer had developed a new range of children's outdoor clothing.

Problem
The new range needed a brand that would cut through the raft of competitive products.

Brand work
After researching the outdoor clothing market, we developed a brand position and identity to appeal to both adults and children alike. The brand strategy '(fun)ction' married the technical capabilities of the clothing with the fun aspects of an outdoors lifestyle. The distinctive 'O' containing a swimming Otter had to be simple in it's form to allow for embroidering onto the various items of clothing. Other elements to the project included art directing a photo shoot and roll out of the identity across marketing materials including website, retail pack, exhibition materials and clothing tags.

Design works
The Spotty Otter website took its first sale within 45 mins of launching. The product range has also received rave reviews in the press and sales continue to grow.
